Here was a fantastic moment from the beautiful game in South Africa over the weekend:
Don't forget our own monster goal from Game 1 of the Timbers season. The last camera angle is the best:

Do the Paulsons own any diamond mines?

This new guy - Diego Valeri - is also from Argentina although his arrival was celebrated with green smoke, instead of white.
The rest of the team? All I can say is if Henry Paulson is ever indicted, he'll need a better defense than the Timbers have this season.

That goal shows you the randomness of scoring in Foootball. While some players are definitely more skilled than others, the ability to repeat a previous action is similar to the odds of being struck by lightening.

Tim: Tell that to Lionel Messi.

Another game of kickball.
