Gerding Edlin, "Leveraging a fully integrated approach to achieve optimal investment returns." So that’s where our property tax dollars have been “invested.” Wonderful, so we should be making money right? Oh, wait; I’m a taxpayer not an investor.
Good thing we didn't build the Flanders bridge, it'd be Portland's first green bridge - overgrown with moss, weeds and whatever else, because there's nobody to use it.
