What a waste of Trooper resources. This should have been a disciplinary situation and never forced a resignation.

If he was the arresting officer and charges are pressed,her attorney will have a field day in court. This guy isn't fit to wear a badge. There was some jack ass pulling this crap down in Eugene and he got 94 years in prison. That's 94 YEARS, not months. BTW they always say it was consensual...
