Grant High remodel won't start for more than four years

The "planners" have to eat off it for a good, long while.

PPS will blow through all the money on Roosevelt and Franklin, that when it comes time to redo Grant, there won't be enough money to do what was promised (or even what is right).

You'll hear excuse after excuse ...

"But Roosevelt is LEED Plutonium!"
"ADA says we need an elevator for every wheelchair."
"The Mexicans drove up the price of concrete."
"The Chinese drove up the price of metal."
"We have to pay 2% for art."
"The cars are hand shaped." [Whoops, that just slipped in ...]
