It's human nature to like what you do best.
This President is pretty damned good at campaigning, demonizing his opposition, pandering to low information voters and rhetorical misdirection.
Preservation and stewardship not really his strong suit.

The sequester was advocated for by Obama. He pressed for it 18 months ago. Let him own it.
