Another wayward Portland cop supervisor gets off the hook

Literally every day the disgrace gets worse. Mayor Char-Lie, are you still going to "change the culture" of this hopeless police force under Chief Mike Reese?

Jim-Jim Chasse died for our sins, Portland.

Either the police union contract gives the City NO leverage on issues of cop accountability or the City has been getting a lot of real bad legal advice. Or both.

He is not a supervisor he is a patrol officer.Lots of officers get fired. They usually don't make the paper. The arbitrator is mutually chosen by each side. It's a fair system. City had a very poor case for termination. They made a ton of very serious mistakes in this case.

Arbitrators only have work when the union files a grievance. Thus, arbitrators know exactly who are their " employers." The systen is corrupt. The arbitrators are corrupt. The People pay the bill.

Arbitrators are mutually chosen by both sides. The system is not in any way corrupt.
