The Freeway Blogger was back in town yesterday. Now that Bush is gone, the signs are almost exclusively ecology-oriented. The latest handiwork is here.
And the FB has a contest on -- looking for something smart to say next to a poster with a photo of the earth taken from outer space. Cash prizes and all, apparently. Put on your thinking caps, kids.

Hi Everyone, and thanks for posting Jack. I realize prize offers from anonymous artists on the internet are sketchy at best, but want y'all to know I'm good for it. I've been at this over ten years now, with literally thousands of signs posted (all photo archived on my blog.)
So 1) I'm very serious about this freeway free speech thing, especially to the extent I can inspire others to do it, and 2) I obviously have some time and resources at my disposal.
Also, if one of the winners comes from this blog, Jack gets a C-Note. Best entry so far has been
"Worst. Ancestors. Ever."

Unlike graffiti with paint or markers, FB's signs can simply be removed and thrown away by those who don't like them. They seem pretty harmless to me.
