Just went for a run. Saw him crouched at 5th and Everett. Instantly recognizable with the beard. It's creepy, but I hope he keeps it. Makes him easier to spot.

It might pay to investigate what social services and income benefits these wackos are receiving on arrival in Oregon.
Something is drawing them here and it isn't the warm weather.

LIVING, or not, he belongs in a culvert.
But our progressive society will let you rape 11-22 year old females over and over again, no matter how many times you are convicted.
