$500 match in progress for Oregon Food Bank

We have just received a $500 pledge from a good friend of this blog. She wants it to go to the Oregon Food Bank, but only if readers will match it. Let's try for $100 an hour, which would make the match run until 4:04. Come on, readers -- your $1 now equals $2. No amount is too small! Just head here and click on the food bank. UPDATE, 12:14 p.m.: We had about a 20-minute outage a little while ago, and so we're extending the deadline for the match to 4:30.

Thanks to the person stepping up and offering the match for the Oregon Food bank. This was the incentive that got me to pull the trigger.

I took care of the first hour challenge.
