Write-ins for Portland mayor: 15,792

The number is holding steady at about 7.7% of all votes cast. (Numbers do not include the tiny part of Portland in Clackamas County.)

Do we ever get to find out who got the most write-ins. I would guess Fred Armisen got quite a few

I wonder if Jack's lat got more than that one write-in.

If your Hales, you want to disregard a famous Mark Twain quote on lies.

He could be quoted as saying "I got 54% of 93% of 42% of the vote.
[Numbers not approximate, but neither is Charlie]

There are lies, damned lies and statistics. -Samuel Clemens

It would also be interesting to know of all the votes cast in Bluemanure’s district what actual percentage of the votes he received and how many ballots were left blank or had write in votes for Mickey Mouse, Goofy or any other idioms.
