Voice your choice

This trick-or-treater got a lot of attention on our annual rounds this evening. You were supposed to drop the candy into the slot above the name of your favored candidate. Given that he was in inner northeast Portland, we suspect that tomorrow he will need a visit to a chiropractor to correct an imbalance in his shoulders. Nonetheless, a great costume:

Great costume - and a nice look of pride.
Meanwhile, in yesterday's comments, I made what turned out to be the worst costume suggestion of the night:

"If you're stuck for a costume, carve a hole through a backboard and go as a Dwight Howard free throw."

Dwight Howard went 15 of 19 from the free throw line. Whoops.

This guy apparently dressed up as "Laker chemistry."

Best costume of the night at the Winterhawks game was the guy who dressed as Michael Keaton in Beetlejuice.. hair, makeup, clothes, the full deal.

"Probably no back issue, there's likely only one space so all the candy mixes in the middle" he said while totally missing the point.

:-)
