Aw c'mon Jack. That "jinx" gambit is really kind of a throwaway. Some SI cover boys live up to the hype; some fold..Over time it all evens out. Anyway, do you really have to be a spoilsport about this cover? Your dislike of the Ducks is well established. But can't Oregonians just pause to feel good about this publicity? You call this cover "unsettling" for Ducks and their fans. Not for a single one that I can find.
