There is no need for Port facilities at that location. And if a 95-foot-high CRC bridge is ever built, there won't be a need for any Port facilities (aside from airports) because the dredge won't fit under the span.
And there's NO public transit option there. NONE. Not even a WES train from Union Station to the event site to demonstrate potential commuter rail routes. No Streetcar, no MAX train...not even one of those ugly, low-life things called buses.
