Give Edema some credit, he remembers the truly needy in IT like Michael Simon - Oh wait, he's one of those 1%ers ? Maybe he loves in Eastmoreland and shares toasts with his wife the state senator.

Edema may have not been too far off the mark. As the Mayo Clinic explains: "When edema is a sign of an underlying disease, the disease itself requires separate treatment."
Portland, specifically, and Oregon in general, need some serious treatment to cure its mindless voting maladies.
