Ironic how a health care law is going to be subjected to the ol' split baby treatment. Or, consider this: "mandate" -- Scalia & Thomas go into a bar....
Does the Court reference the original Constitution or the new "Living" Constitution for their decisions, or does each judge have their own play book? Is anyone taking odds on this?
They will call it a tax.
My opinion is based on years of careful study of SCOTUS decisions. ObamaCare is Constitutional; they will declare it a tax. Final answer.

Odds are about 70% this morning that they will rule it unconstitutional on Intrade.
