UC Nike students tiring of shakedowns

While the Jail Ducks and their backers skim krugerrands across the Willamette, the regular Joes and Janes trying to get a bachleor's degree at U.C. Nike are being nickeled and dimed to death. They're starting to get a little ornery about it, and rightly so.
