There's an option to skip past the ad at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Still it is bad that these ads are polluting youtube now.

How dare Brady latch herself onto a perfectly good Grim Reaper video. Then again, it may be apt, for this band is probably the most famous one-hit-wonder in the history of metal.
