A familiar story
Gee, Delta Airlines lost somebody's luggage, wrecking their trip. And they were terrible about finding it. Been there, done that.

I HATE flying these days.
Friends of ours just returned from China...on a Delta flight. The entire electrical system did not work. NO reading lights, no tv monitors, the bathroom water faucets were out of order, no food, the plane was filthy, and they wondered if they would actually arrive in Seattle.
