This is some kind of Northwest thing, isn't it? Down South, we don't let weather interfere with enjoying our iced tea.

It's raining again here. Maybe the other ice tea container is being used to address a leaky roof issue?

If we have more weather will they put out another container and if we have less weather, will they do away with it completely?
