Another nuke nightmare in Japan

There's nothing like a little lightning at a nuclear waste and nuclear fuel facility.

The first link reports that "the state of the uranium and radioactive waste is not reported yet."

I get the feeling that the entire chain of accountability over there hasn't learned their lesson yet from last year.
