You won't find this at a food cart

When these guys pour beer, they really pour beer.

Too much pressure, too much foam,too much head

That's a lot of beer going flat there

Maybe filmed in Wien (45 kilometers from Bratislava) but the pivo and the language was Czech or Slovak. From the land of Pilzn (where Pilsner came from) and Budvar (where Bud started), they know beer like Portland knows weird. They float coins on the head, so it's no surprise Americans' taste differs from their clientele. The highest beer consumption per capita in the world.

When I was in Germany, they claimed it took 7 minutes to properly draw a pils.

Where is OSHA? Looks like repetitive motion problems on the horizon. But in the meantime, drink up!
