Portland gang shootings up to 10 a month
Last year at this time, police say, it was six a month. Who the heck's running the police bureau? He's out there saving lives with bioswales.

Thank you Jack - I so wish more people in this city would directly address and confront this problem rather than the leadership and media that cower out of PC fear and the neighbors and enablers who cower out of just plain fear.
This town has a really sick gang problem.
