I agree that Mayor Sam is so far in over his head on crime containment. Appeasement is more his style. And Tweeting. And all things Progressive, Green, Liberal, Sustainable and Democrat.
But meat and potatos crime fighting and potholes? Not so much. I may have mentioned it once or twice.... Portland is enjoying exactly what they asked for and got.

Or the 16 year old kid stabbed by another 16 year old kid near SE 72nd and Flavel?
Gangs ain't just in NoPo folks and it's only going to get worse as the jobs dry up and the schools get worse and worse.

More reason to have a bike rental program!
Was there transit in walking distance? Did they have (subsidized) affordable housing? Did the bioswale trap the shell casings?This could have been prevented!

Sam, and the others that are concerned in correcting this problem have it under control. Once the Trolley to L.O., the Choo Choo to Milwaukee are built and they can find funding to operate them the Gangsters will move out of Piddle-Town
