Have a great weekend

Comments (6)

Great pick! My mom gave me her old records (yes they still make them today and some of us non-hipsters actually enjoy listening to an entire album in sequential order as the artist(s) desires) and there was their first album. I still believe that John Fogerty has one of the best natural voices ever.

Have a siren-free weekend everyone.

What a great voice, and what a great song.

The O had something the other day about a radio interview John Fogerty did recently in which he said "Looking Out My Back Door" was inspired by the Dr. Seuss book called (something like) And To Think That I Saw It On Mulberry Street. Pretty cool to listen to those lyrics with that image in mind.

Whoa, boy! Yeah!

I assume you'll be taking back your comments about the DA's handling of the grand jury now that they've returned indictments on Ofc Reister?

Jack please ignore silliness about you apologizing for your ACCURATE and TRUTHFUL statements about the DA. One case out of what? Dozens and dozens over the years?

Sirius/XM has been airing Fogerty alot lately, and during one airing of live @ Beacon (NY) John claimed never remembering to have actually been in Lodi - and that "Bad Moon Rising" was inspired by the 1941 movie - "The Devil and Daniel Webster".

Good stuff.
