I watched it live, until I couldn't take any more of Breyer's condescending, self-promoting distractive treacle. Scalia? A gas bag. Too bad he let bro Breyer go first; it made me waste 6 mins before I'd had enough of his grinny blah blah blah.

It's great to hear them just kick back and talk about the court and how it functions - that's rare. I heard John Paul Stevens on NPR the other morning talk about Warren Burger, William Renquist, and John Roberts - it provided just a peek at the way the chiefs that he knew presided over the court.
