No one picked Kansas City, St. Louis, or Jacksonville.

These are the picks we had on hand as we turned in, in the wee small hours of this morning. Any new picks (and changes) received before the 10 a.m. deadline will still count, and be posted here later today. (This post is being put up by a robot shortly after the deadline.)

Have a great day -- sure feels like the first Sunday of fall here in Portland -- and enjoy the games, all.

UPDATE, 1:59 p.m.: Mna timely picked Houston, just under the wire this morning.

UPDATE, 4:29 p.m.: Through the afternoon games, 15 of our players have picked up points. Two players have won for the third week in a row, but neither is at the top of the leader board. Six are still in the running tonight and tomorrow night.

Good start to the Giants' doggy day hopes. How do I hack your software to backdate my change of heart pick??

Mojo's "Best Bets" and "Upset Special" looking good, so far!

HOU 10 NO 7; MIA 7 CLE 7; NYG 14 PHL 3;

"Gamblers Corner" advisos on target, too...so far.

NE 21 BUF 0.

And those that had the temerity to pick MIN over DET (even thought the Vikes are @home in the dome) are having a nice morning...so far. MIN 12 DET 0.

Hold on to your remotes!

Should be a very entertaining Monday NIght game, too.

I was trying to rock my little girl to sleep at 2:00 a.m. when my tired mind naturally wandered to the NFL and I remembered I didn't turn in my pick. I was able to feel grateful she was so fussy.

Right now we have a tie game in Buffalo... Come on Bills

Wow. Go Giants! They won't help me in the pool but love to see them beat a conference rival.

Bills on the NE 0.5 yard line with 1:43 left -- wahoo!

And the Bills move ahead by 6 with 1:48 to go....then it's taken away on a reversed call.... then it's a FG in the last seconds. Nice points for the underdog pickers and a great game to watch!

Poor Tom Brady. If he had gone to an Ivy League school maybe he would have turned out better at quarterback.

I am not playing here this year but I won both my bets against co-workers this weekend. The Beaver owes me $1 since the Beavs lost and the Patsie's lover owes me $1. And that makes for a sweet weekend with co-workers.

Bill - Yeah I guess Ivy Leaguers don't feel entitled in the NFL. More like real lucky to be there.

Buffalo is the story of the young season. A quarterback from Harvard? 3 and 0? Go Bills.

F Hahvahrd. This is an underdogs pool game, Bill. Though it is funny. There's been ivy league NFL stars all throughout history, albeit rarer nowadays. High school & college players should unionize.

Woo hoo Bills! Vancouverite Rian Lindell kicks the game winner. What a great win.

Oakland ties it with a 54-yard FG to end the first half and keep my dream alive.

Very happy to see the Bills beat NE, btw. And, hey, it's been awhile since there's been a home playoff game there. Cha cha cha!

Seahawks could win today... maybe

And Seattle wins... this is a very good Sunday, even if I did have to wash a stinky dog.
