Two phrases that should not be in the same sentence: "New York City" and "bike sharing."

Consider that Bloomberg is just Sam Adams with more money. Lower than this I cannot get, and the only people who think this is going to work are the Williamsburg hipsters who keep chirping "It's sooooo Portland!"

Reminds me of the David Letterman joke about two New Yorkers sharing a taxi--one takes the wheels, while the other guy takes the hubcaps.
