I'd like to see it happen. Just for a bit. The whole thing too. Not just shut down the little bits they think will score them points or force compliance. Out here we see them cutting highway patrol and shutting down parks. But they are still flying choppers around to fertilize the swamp...
So, what, public employees such as soldiers sailors and airmen are laid off? Cool.
At least the eternal 'war terrification' should stop - cancel the military paychecks and strand them to walk home.
Support Bush's _Oops ... uh, no, I don't think so.

Government does nothing good when it's up and running. Does this mean the shutdown will cause something good to occur, or simply not anything bad?
