A familiar story, with a funny accent

They're building a light rail system in Edinburgh, Scotland, and OMG! They're way late and way over budget. They need another $323 million to get it done, and they don't know where the money is going to come from. But hey, it's too late to turn back now.

But Edinburg won't have a "bridge to Nowhere" like P-Town may have if Clackamas County is forced to place MLR on the ballot.

So long as Scotch production is unaffected, I think it's quite humorous they got rolled too.
