That map is not clear enough for me to tell if I lose the Wu and get Earl the Pearled again or not. Nor do the links in the Snoregonian article lead to better maps.
This makes Wu's 1st district distinctly less Democratic, and combined with some of Wu's issues, he (or whoever they decide should replace him) will have more of a fight on their hands every two years.

Maybe this is just acknowledgement that most of the growth in jobs is in Washington county.
Give it 10 years and they'll be bigger than Mult county and Portland will look like an economic backwater in comparison.
