Translation: "We're not the only idiots"

Here's a Japanese TV news clip about the flooded nuke reactors in Nebraska. The opening footage is of the Fort Calhoun reactor. That's the Missouri River in the front... and on the sides... and in the back... But don't worry. Everything is fine.

I've translated some of the audio here and it appears the Japanese engineers are now working closely with our scientists in Nebraska.
There's still no progress to report on the nuclear reactors, but Japanese scientists believe they can take what's left of the rubber berm from Nebraska, and make a condom for Godzilla.
