50 more gangsters on Oregon streets

Here's an example of government headed 180 degrees in the wrong direction. But look on the bright side -- we are going to have more streetcars.

oh yeah- this makes no sense at all....but then what kinda nonsense is a streetcar to LO? We're spending money in all the wrong places with a lotta familiar faces.

What is the difference? They'll either be locked up in a correctional facility or they'll be riding the MAX anyway.

It's good that they are releasing 50 juvies just in time to replenish the gang wars. The murder rate hasn't even gotten Portland into this list yet...
