Reader poll: Thunder or Grizzlies?

They're going to Game 7 in the pro hoops playoffs this afternoon -- the Oklahoma City Thunder, led by Kevin Durant, hosting the Memphis Grizzlies, led by Zach Randolph. Either way, it's a changing of the guard in the NBA. Which team will win and proceed to the Western Conference finals against the Dallas Mavericks?

Who will prevail today?

Memphis and OC, like Portland, are only part of the NBA so that the large market share teams have someone entertaining to beat on the way to the finals.

Every rare year or so one of these teams explodes out of the box and goes pretty deep. This year, two such teams have torn it up. Fitting they met to battle it out for the right to advance to the almost end.

Memphis, like the Saints after Katrina, and Yankees after 9-11, needs to do this for the fans most. With much chagrin I have to get behind the old Zack attack once again.

Perkins & Robinson prevailed over Tony Allen. All three of these players most likely would have made a difference for the Celtics against James & Wade had Danny not gone a trade too far. Perk & Nate have at least made it to a conference final this year. That's pro basketball.

Not sure what Danny was up to there. Something was definitely not right between him and Perkins. That trade really deflated the team.
