How government works
You give the corporate types what they want, and then you go work for them.
It's similar to what happens in mainstream media in Portland: You "cover" the politicians for a while, then go work for them.
Rinse and repeat.

Steve is right on, the Newsies give Gubberment what they want and good things happen . . . for them.
Once upon a time they only shielded the Big Advertisers but now with retail in the tank its all for the PERS pickers.
