They're still setting up for Sam Adams's press conference. Information is being held under wraps, but apparently something major has happened at the planning bureau.

Adams has cancelled the CRC because he didn't get to pick the bridge/LIGHT RAIL design.
Plus he wanted to name it after his friend Randy.
