Actually, it would be a nice gesture, but what Portland could afford to chip in would be, if you'll pardon the expression, a drop in the bucket.

Maybe a little radiation in the bull run watershed will solve the cryptosphiridium (sp?) problem.

You are right Robert Collins, It would. after putting a Banana in the water, no cryptosporidium would be found!!
