Found him!

Currently, Erik is President and Co-Founder of Further Development, LLC, a socially conscious real estate company currently focused on a foreclosure prevention strategy in Sacramento and Oakland, California.

In true hip-hop style, Sten's venture is called "Further 2 Development." Another one of those cases of a fortysomething failing at trying to sound hip.

Although the F2D is based in Portland and he still owns a house in NE Portland, it looks like Sten calls Bend his home.
