Should be fun installing solar panels in February, assuming the foot of snow on the ground has not melted or been enhanced by the projected start date. Wonder what energy credits the state gives away as well.

The article says Gerding Edlen is "the nation’s leading expert in creating a future in green buildings" So it is a surprise they are hired? You imply the NJ State Pen is next? Is there some impropriety you wish to expose? We need to congratulate the success of this homegrown private sector company. But I guess there's no snark factor there.

There is so much one can say about how G/E has ripped off the city of
Portland over the years. The Pearl District Theater comes to my mind rIght away. By property for pennines on the dollar from the PDC. Then sell it back at a profit and do the work to remodel said property for millions more.
Nice work if you can get it!
