No way of knowing the web source he bought the shoes from was even out of the country. People buy shoes from what look like reputable web sites, then are shocked when they arrive with Chinese postage on them. Of course, the first warning signal should have been that they were 50% off. But who really looks at that in these economic times? This reminds me of those music download lawsuits. There really are no winners.

Sierra Trading Post has tons of cut prices, and they are good. If not return them and get your money back.
I am not aware of any trademark or copyright infringements in their offerings, but maybe there is.
Can anyone spot something here?
