Very nice idea. The weasel Mayor would never think of such a sane, creative, solution that actually takes vulnerable people into consideration. He is such a putz.

Besides Randy is too busy raiding food
carts with his HIT squad of thugs.

Hear hear. Now all they need is a good vacant area to pile up the leaves they collect, let them compost over the winter, and sell the compost in spring to pay for their next fall efforts.

CoPo used to have just such a site, over in NE Portland. Today it's known as "dignity village".

firing one Sam aid, like Amy Ruiz, would pay for all the supplies forever. Firing two aids would pay for PDOT to take all the leafs forever.
