HumBug in NoPo

Lelo is down on the Christmas kitsch.

Home made kitsch trumps in taste nearly any modern installation or modern art that appears at the Portland Art Museum.

Heck, it trumps much of the stuff on display at the Smithsonian's recent showing.

The picture of the hanging crocheted Christmas tree is so wonderfully kitchsy, I'm thinking of using it for my profile pic on facebook for the holidays. How ya like that, Lelo! Scrooge!
