Dead birds, and mercury in your salmon

While the Port of Portland and Portland City Hall conspire to pave over bald eagle habitat on Hayden Island for a coal terminal to ship Wyoming coal to China, up in Cowlitz County, Washington, a similar plan is getting the lousy reception that it deserves.
