If I had to guess, I'd say that's the end of him for this year.

He was limping badly into the locker room at halftime in Okla. Take care of yourself and heal well, Brandon. Don't try to come back before you've recovered and healed. Blazers should never have let him play that game tonight. They chew up players like corn nuts.
Portland once had a legacy and reputation for quality -- long gone. They'll NEVER attract enough experienced talent to really challenge for the championship as long as the cementheads who run that sideshow are still involved. Hey Paul: when you've cleaned house, fire yourself. Smartest move you'll ever make this century.
Sometimes I wonder if Tonya Harding is going around knee capping the blazers. So many knee injuries they obviously are doing something wrong in conditioning or picking players.
In the video of the play did you hear how quickly Mike Barrett noticed something was wrong? And how Mike Rice said Roy had banged knees with someone almost like he was hoping that was why Brandon looked hurt?
That's what announcers sound like when they've seen a ton of knee injuries.

Their trainers and conditioning people should all be fired, that's for sure.

Until he's recovered and healed? From what I read it's bone on bone. There's no cartilage left to cushion his knee joint.

You're exactly right Bill. He never should have played in that condition.

That's one of the saddest things I've seen. There's no way you can play 100 games of NBA basketball a year without cartilage in one knee.
