If the NBA does this "crackdown" by issuing fines, this should send Kobe Bryant rocketing to the poor house.

If this rule is enforced for the regular season, I'm picking anyone but the Lakers to win the Western Conference. Kobe and Gasol can't go two minutes without whining.
