Boy, these tracking devices have been around for decades. I remember such a device used in the movie, "thief," starring James Caan way back in the early 80s I think it was.

I would have thought in the days of micro-everything, they could come up with something smaller.
That big black thing looks like it came out of Fantasy Adult Superstore.

It's the Tracker Fed Model 2010, but wait there's more, for disagreeing with governmental policy, you can be subjected to having your private residence tossed by thrill seeking morons.
