Can't wait for Gerding Edlen to figure out that the Beaverton urban renewal is throwing off next to no money. They will gradually stop returning the Don's phone calls.
These folks have it down: declare a place "blighted", tear down the homes, bill the owners for demolition, then sell the properties to their favorite developers. Sweet!
