I love that Baltimore is #1. Because I totally agree. Fun city; but still has an edge to it.

Ya, underrated because the rest of the state that surrounds the Portland city area is conservative, beautiful, and unpolluted - great place to raise a family- but do please underrate us- just too bad we're not below 10.
