Have a great weekend

Nice remembrance for composer Mr. Weiss. Thanks.

No one could sing it better.

Great! Nice tribute, takin' us out into the weekend.

"Keep looking up!" -- Jack Horkheimer (1938-2010).

Music, of course, by the great George Shearing. Looking at the audience, this has to be overseas - I'd guess England or France. Jazz wasn't nearly as respected in the US as it was in Europe.

And what bass playing! The wonderful and iconic Ray Brown, who was most likely married to Ella at the time of this performance.

Thanks for the great post, Jack.
