went under, they'd have unloaded their guns
to make sure he didn't float back up to be a
"hazard" to them! All they have to say is that
they were "afraid of him" and they'll be forgiven
for any infractions or wrongs!
This happened directly behind my office. I am curious what the KOIN camera crew was shooting when this incident occured. No one has been catching any fish yet, so that wasn't it. I for one, am glad they were able to catch this miscreant without killing him.

Are officers allowed by policy to deploy both a taser and a handgun at the same time.
I thought most prohibited that to avert any confusion.

Anyone who has ever been to high rocks knows you can't swim upstream in that area... the current is way too strong.
Jumping in fully clothed and with shoes? He's lucky he made it out of the water.
