They're all liars anyways, so it probably doesn't matter that much.

What, exactly, does his agreement to "accept full responsibility" for this mean to weasels like this? Is he volunteering to pay a fine & go to prison? Somehow I doubt it - If I had a nickle for every time a cheap pol "accepted full responsibility" I could afford to buy myself a public office.
